What to Read this Spring

What to Read this Spring

Spring. It’s a glorious time, isn’t it? Flowers and sunshine and the end of the semester. What else could you ask for? I realized my super-tough, why-am-I-taking-this-class, six-credit class is actually my favorite class to be in. I enjoy the two-hour lectures. What the heck is wrong with me, I wonder? Um, crossing my…ankles. Okay, anyways. Excited About: My very […]

Top Ten Favorite Heroines

Top Ten Favorite Heroines

Hello all! This is my first Top Ten Tuesday post! *does a little dance in excitement* This week the prompt is “Top Ten Favorite Heroines” whether in books, movies, or tv shows. And let me tell you, do I have some heroines for you. Hermione Granger/Emma Watson from Harry Potter (obviously) You have to include the “/Emma Watson” because they’re basically the same person anyways. And she’s fantastic. I really connect with her in Harry Potter because I’ve always been the nerd of my friends. Therefore, nerd = awesome. Not only her nerdiness, but her strength, her beauty, and her ability to overcome obstacles make […]
