On My Nightstand in February 2017

Yaaay for February, a new month! This TBR list is probably (definitely) a little ambitious, but who knows? I do have one Monday off school, so anything can happen. I really enjoy making these monthly TBRs, and I want to know what you’re planning to read! And if you posted a TBR for the month, link me in the comments, and I’ll hit it up!     Goodbye Days by Jeff Zentner The List by Patricia Forde Maud by Melanie J. Fishbane Gilded Cage by Vic James I’m excited about all of these books, so hopefully I can get through these this month! Goodbye Days is going to be great…because […]

On My Nightstand: September 2016

On My Nightstand: September 2016

Hello, hello, hello. It’s September…….I was trying to think of a good September pun, but I couldn’t think of one. Bugger. Anyways! I’m back in school, which means more books to add to my “For Class” section. I do consider myself a pretty classy person, so it works. Eh? Eh? No? Oh, okay. #awkward Let’s just talk about books, okay? I can do without being weird. (Lol, right *sarcastic side-eye to myself*) ALL OF MY REVIEW BOOKS ARE SO OLD. I’ve been very good about not requesting new ones because I hardcore need to catch up on my older ones. The Starlit […]

On My Nightstand in August 2016

On My Nightstand in August 2016

I’ve officially deemed this month “Read ALL the books before school starts on August 29 and I die because I have no time for personal reading anymore” month. To keep it short, I’ll just call it RATBBSSOA29AIDBIHNTFPRA month. Lol, I just tried to say that out loud. I’m just joking. I mean, I hope I’ll be able to read all the books that I have sitting on my TBR because there are so many books, but it’ll probably just be a normal reading month for me…So let’s start, shall we?      I’ve been working on The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken for a few weeks now. […]

On My Nightstand in May 2016

It’s May! Hurrrrah! And if you read my April recap yesterday, you’d know that about a week and a half ago, I took my last final for the semester! Which means no class for four months! Which means I’ll actually have time to read. <Insert astonished face> It’s been a slow reading year for me so far (Just ask my “9 books behind” Goodreads goal)…but I’m hoping this summer I can catch up and get ahead even? Maybe? Hopefully? Who knows actually? But let’s get this going.         Don’t mind the fact that Hotel Ruby and The Demon King have been on this […]

On My Nightstand in April 2016

On My Nightstand in April 2016

THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOLS JOKE. I am actually posting. After over three weeks. Eeeeeeep. But I’m back! And I’m hoping April will be a better reading/blogging month for me. BECAUSE SCHOOL WILL BE OUT. *backflips in excitement even though I definitely cannot backflip in real life* So I’m probably going to be over-ambitious in this month’s TBR (because I’m never over-ambitious, right?). But that’s okay. Shoot for the stars and even if you miss you’ll land among the stars…and all that jazz. So here we go—shooting for those stars! Like I said, school is almost done for me for four entire months. I could cry […]

On My Nightstand in March 2016

On My Nightstand in March 2016

Another month means another 31 days to read new books! I’m behind on my reading goal right now (which Goodreads loves to tell me every time I log in), but it’s okay. I’m still positive about my 110 and know that I can make it. This past month was pretty stressful with midterms and internship applications/interviews and freelancing and just everything, but I still made it through 7 books, which is an accomplishment in my book (ha, book). So let’s see what books I might will be reading this month. Click on the pictures to be taken to the Goodreads page! There aren’t that many that I have […]
