So, I gotta tell you. I didn’t know what to write about. I was at least going to wait until Sunday to write. After I’ve had Orientation and met everyone in my new ward, I was sure I would have tons to write about then.
But then, my mother and I decided to go see Monsters University, you know, in honor of me starting at Brigham Young University. Who needs Orientation when I can watch a movie about monster college?
Anyways, it was SO cute. So cute.
Cute enough for me to apply and join.
That’s right. You heard it here first, folks. I am no longer a student at BYU. Here’s my new ID to prove it:
See? It’s official. I’m going to be a Professional Scarer.
It won’t be that hard to pass the test; I’ll just show up with my just-woke-up hair, and I’ll scare the pants off anyone.
Okay, okay, you got me. I’m just joking – not about the hair part..that’s actually pretty scary. But MU was a really funny and cute movie. I recommend it with a big thumbs up.
Just check out their really legitimate-looking website: www.monstersuniversity.com/edu
Even though we took a small movie break, I really have been trying to get ready for college. I bought my books, I bought my dorm supplies, I bought some food for my dorm, I bought a bike, my checking account really took a hit, and I found all my classrooms for the summer! Sounds pretty productive, right? Right. Here’s a picture of my REAL ID, hot of the press as of yesterday:
Personally, I like my MU one a little better, but what can you do, eh?
